ഹലാലായ മാര്‍ഗത്തിലുള്ള മത്സരം എപ്പോഴും അനുവദനീയമാണ്. ശരീഅത്ത് അനുവദിച്ചതും ഉപകാരപ്രദവുമായ എല്ലാ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങളും അനുവദനീയമാണ്. ശറഇയ്യായ എല്ലാ കായികാഭ്യാസങ്ങളും അതിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി വരും. അതുപോലെത്തന്നെ വൈജ്ഞാനികവും ശാസ്ത്രീയവുമായ മത്സരവും അതിന്റെ ഭാഗമാണ്. മത്സരത്തിന്റെ ലക്ഷ്യവും മാര്‍ഗവും ശറഇന്റെ പരിതിക്കകത്താകണമെന്നതും നിര്‍ബന്ധമായ കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കാനോ നിഷിദ്ധമായ കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കാനോ പ്രേരിപ്പിക്കാത്തതുമാകണമെന്നതാണ് അതിനുള്ള നിബന്ധന.

ഒരുകൂട്ടം വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥികൾ എന്റെ അരികില്‍ വന്ന് മത്സരത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് ഫത്‌വ ചോദിച്ചു:
ഞങ്ങള്‍ അത് ലറ്റുകളായ യുവാക്കളാണ്. ഞങ്ങള്‍ക്കിടയില്‍ കായിക മത്സരങ്ങള്‍ നടക്കാറുണ്ട്. മത്സരത്തിന് മുമ്പ് ഓരോരുത്തരും നിശ്ചിത പണം നല്‍കുകയും വിജയിച്ച മൂന്ന് പേര്‍ക്ക് ട്രോഫിയായോ അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ പ്രൈസ് മണിയായോ ആ തുകയെല്ലാം ലഭിക്കം. ഇതില്‍ ശറിഇയ്യായ ചില പ്രശ്‌നങ്ങളുണ്ടെന്ന് അറിഞ്ഞു. ചൂതാട്ടത്തിന്റെ രീതിയില്‍ നിന്നും വിട്ടുനില്‍ക്കാന്‍ പറ്റുന്ന രൂപമുണ്ടോ? ഞങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്നും ഒരാള്‍ മറ്റൊരു ശറഈ പണ്ഡിതനോട് ചോദിച്ചു; പ്രയോജനകരമായ കായിക മത്സരങ്ങളില്‍ ഞങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് എന്തുകൊണ്ടാണ് പങ്കെടുക്കാന്‍ സാധിക്കാത്തത്. അത് യുവാക്കളെ തെറ്റായ മാര്‍ഗത്തില്‍ നിന്നും സംരക്ഷിച്ചു നിര്‍ത്തില്ലേ?

മറുപടി:
ലോകൈക നാഥന് സര്‍വ്വ സ്തുതിയും. മാലോകര്‍ക്ക് കാരുണ്യമായ അയക്കപ്പെട്ട തിരുനബിയിലും അവിടുത്തെ കുടുംബത്തിലും അനുചരരിലും രക്ഷയും സമാധാനവും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കട്ടെ.
മത്സരത്തിന്റെ(മുസാബഖ) നിര്‍വചനം: ഒരു കാര്യത്തിലേക്ക് മുന്‍കടന്നു എന്ന അര്‍ത്ഥം വരുന്ന സാബഖ എന്നതില്‍ നിന്നാണ് മുസാബഖയുടെ ഉല്‍പത്തി. ഒരുകാര്യത്തിലേക്ക് മുന്നിട്ടു, ഉളരിയെത്തി എന്നെല്ലാം അതിന് അര്‍ത്ഥം നല്‍കാവുന്നതാണ്.(1)
കര്‍മ്മശാസ്ത്ര പണ്ഡിതന്മാരുടെ നിര്‍വചനം: കുതിര പന്തയത്തിലോ മറ്റു കായിക ഇനത്തിലോ ഒരാള്‍ മറ്റൊരാളെ മറികടക്കുന്നതിനാണ് മത്സരം എന്ന് പറയുന്നത്.(2)
ശറഈ പക്ഷം: മത്സരം നബി ചര്യകൊണ്ട് അനുവദനീയമാക്കപ്പെട്ടതാണ്. അതില്‍ പണ്ഡിതന്മാരുടെ ഏകോപനവുമുണ്ട്. മത്സരം അനുവദനീയമാണെന്നതിനെ ബലപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ഒരുപാട് ഹദീസുകള്‍ ഹദീസ് പണ്ഡിതന്മാര്‍ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിവെച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.(3) ഉമ്മത്തിന്റെ മുന്നേറ്റത്തിനും മതപരമായ രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിനും അനിവാര്യ ഘടകമാണ് മത്സരം. ഇമാം സര്‍ക്കശി പറയുന്നു: ‘മത്സരം ഫര്‍ള് കിഫായയുടെ ഗണത്തില്‍ പെടും. കാരണം അത് യുദ്ധത്തിന്റെ മാര്‍ഗങ്ങളിലൊന്നാണ്. ഒരുകാര്യത്തിലേക്ക് എത്താന്‍ വല്ലതും നിര്‍ബന്ധമായി ചെയ്യേണ്ടി വരുന്നുവെങ്കില്‍ അത് ചെയ്യല്‍ അനിവാര്യമാണ്. മത്സരവും അപ്രകാരമാണ്’.(4)
ശറഇന്റെ വിധിക്കനുസരിച്ച് മത്സരത്തെ നമുക്ക് രണ്ടായി ഭാഗിക്കാം:
1 നിയമസാധുതയുള്ളത്. അതുതന്നെ രണ്ട് രീതിയിലാണ്; അതിലൊന്ന്, അനുവദനീയമാണെന്ന് ഖുര്‍ആനും സുന്നത്തും വ്യക്തമാക്കിയ മത്സരമാണ്. കുതിര, ഒട്ടക പന്തയം, അമ്പെയ്ത്ത് എന്നിവ പോലെ മുസ്‌ലിം ഉമ്മത്തിനെ ശത്രുക്കളില്‍ നിന്നും പ്രതിരോധിക്കാന്‍ സഹായകമാകുന്നതെല്ലാം ഇതിന്റെ ഭാഗമാണ്. അല്ലാഹു പറയുന്നു: ‘വിശ്വാസികളെ, അവരെ നേരിടാനായി ആവുന്നത്ര ശക്തി നിങ്ങള്‍ തയ്യാറാക്കുകയും സമരസജ്ജരായ കുതിരകളെ ഒരുക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക'(അന്‍ഫാല്‍: 60). മേല്‍പറഞ്ഞ മത്സരങ്ങളെയെല്ലാം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ധാരാളം ഹദീസുകളുമുണ്ട്. രണ്ടാമത്തേത്, ഭാരാദ്വഹനം, നീന്തല്‍ പോലെ ശരീരത്തെ ബലപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന മത്സരങ്ങളാണ്.
2- ശരഅ് അനുവദനീയമാക്കാത്ത മത്സരങ്ങള്‍. ശരീഅത്ത് നിഷിദ്ധമാക്കിയ കാര്യങ്ങളിലേക്ക് എത്തുന്ന മത്സരങ്ങളാണത്. ശരീഅത്ത് അനുവദിക്കാത്ത കാലത്തോളം അത്തരം മത്സരങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് പിന്തുണ നല്‍കാന്‍ പാടില്ല. അല്ലാഹു പറയുന്നു: ‘നന്മയുടേതും ഭക്തിയുടേതുമായ വിഷയങ്ങളില്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ അന്യോന്യം സഹായിക്കണം. കുറ്റത്തിലും അതിക്രമത്തിലും പരസ്പര സഹകരണം പാടില്ല'(മാഇദ: 2).
ശറഅ് അനുവദനീയമാക്കിയ മത്സരങ്ങള്‍ തന്നെ പ്രതിഫലം നല്‍കുന്നതും അല്ലാത്തതുമായി വേര്‍തിരിക്കാം:
1 നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം ഒന്നും നല്‍കാതെയുള്ള മത്സരങ്ങള്‍ മതപരവും നല്ല ലക്ഷ്യമുള്ളതുമാകുന്ന കാലത്തോളം അനുവദനീയമാണ്. അത്തരം മത്സരങ്ങളില്‍ പങ്കാളികളാകാം. ഇമാം അബൂ ദാവൂദ് ഉദ്ധരിക്കുന്നു: നബി(സ്വ) ഒരിക്കല്‍ ആയിശ ബീവിയുമൊത്ത് ഒരു യാത്രയിലായിരുന്നു. അവര്‍ ഇരുവരും നടത്തത്തില്‍ പന്തയം വെക്കുകയും ആയിശ ബീവി വിജയിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. പിന്നീട് ആയിശ ബീവി തടികൂടിയപ്പോള്‍ നബി അവരെ മുന്‍കടന്നു. എന്നിട്ട് അവിടുന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു: ‘ഇത് ആദ്യത്തേതിന് പകരമാണ്’.(5)
2- ഭൗതികമോ അല്ലാത്തതോ ആയ രീതിയില്‍ പ്രതിഫലം നല്‍കിയുള്ള മത്സരം. ഈ വിഷയത്തില്‍ പണ്ഡിതന്മാര്‍ക്കിടയില്‍ അഭിപ്രായ വ്യത്യാസമുണ്ട്. അതില്‍ അവലംബാര്‍ഹമായ അഭിപ്രായം ഇതാണ്;
ഭൂരിപക്ഷ പണ്ഡിതന്മാരുടെയും അഭിപ്രായം ഹലാലായ മത്സരങ്ങളില്‍ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാന നിയമം അത് അനുവദനീയമാണെന്നതാണ്. അതുകൊണ്ടാണ് ഖുര്‍ആനിലോ ഹദീസിലോ പറയപ്പെട്ടതോ അല്ലാത്തതോ ആണെങ്കില്‍ പോലും ശരീഅത്തിനോട് യോചിച്ചുള്ള പ്രയോജനകരമായ മത്സരങ്ങള്‍ അനുവദനീയമാക്കിയത്. ശറഇയ്യായ എല്ലാ കായികാഭ്യാസങ്ങളും അതിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി വരും. അതുപോലെത്തന്നെ വൈജ്ഞാനികവും ശാസ്ത്രീയവുമായ മത്സരവും അതിന്റെ ഭാഗമാണ്. മത്സരത്തിന്റെ ലക്ഷ്യവും മാര്‍ഗവും ശറഇന്റെ പരിതിക്കകത്താകണമെന്നതും നിര്‍ബന്ധമായ കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കാനോ നിഷിദ്ധമായ കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കാനോ പ്രേരിപ്പിക്കാത്തതുമാകണമെന്നതാണ് അതിനുള്ള നിബന്ധന.
പ്രതിഫലം നല്‍കിയുള്ള മത്സരം നാല് രീതിയിലാണ്:
1 ഒരു മത്സരാര്‍ത്ഥി മറ്റൊരു മത്സരാര്‍ത്ഥിക്ക് സമ്മാനം നല്‍കുക. അത് അനുവദനീയമാണ്. ഒരാടിനെ പ്രതിഫലമായി വെച്ച് നബി(സ്വ)യും റുകാനയും ഗുസ്തി പിടിച്ചു. ഗുസ്തിയില്‍ നബി വിജയിക്കുകയും ആടിനെ പ്രതിഫലമായി സ്വീകരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. ഇത് പല തവണ ആവര്‍ത്തിച്ചു. റുകാന ഇസ്‌ലാം സ്വീകരിച്ചതോടെ നബി(സ്വ) ആ ആടിനെ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് തന്നെ തിരിച്ചുനല്‍കി.(6) കര്‍മ്മശാസ്ത്ര പണ്ഡിതന്മാരില്‍ ബഹുഭൂരിപക്ഷവും ഇത് അനുവദനീയമാണെന്ന് പക്ഷക്കാരാണ്. ‘നീ എന്നെ മുന്‍കടന്നാല്‍ നിനക്ക് പതിനായിരം ദീനാര്‍. മുന്‍കടന്നില്ലെങ്കില്‍ ഒന്നും തിരിച്ചൊന്നും നല്‍കുകയും വേണ്ട’ എന്നതാണ് അതിന്റെ രൂപം.
2- മൂന്നാമതൊരാള്‍ സമ്മാനം നല്‍കുക. അതൊരു വ്യക്തിയോ കൂട്ടായ്മയോ സ്ഥാപനമോ ഭരണകൂടമോ ആകാം. ശരീഅത്തിന് വിരുദ്ധമല്ലാത്തതിനാല്‍ ഇതും അനുവദനീയമാണ്.
3- രണ്ട് മത്സരാര്‍ത്ഥികളും സമ്മാനം നല്‍കുക. ഒരാള്‍ പറയും: നീ എന്നെ മുന്‍കടന്നാല്‍ നിനക്ക് ഇത്ര തുക സമ്മാനമായി തരാം. ഇല്ലെങ്കില്‍ എനിക്കും. ഇതില്‍ രണ്ട് അഭിപ്രായമുണ്ട്. ഒന്ന്, നിരുപാധികം അനുവദനീയമല്ല. ഈ അഭിപ്രായത്തിന്മേലാണ് ബഹുഭൂരിപക്ഷം പണ്ഡിതന്മാരും. കാരണം, ഇസ്‌ലാം നിഷിദ്ധമാക്കിയ ചൂതാട്ടത്തന്റെ രീതിയാണത്. പണ്ഡിതന്മാര്‍ കര്‍മ്മശാസ്ത്ര ഗ്രന്ഥങ്ങളില്‍ അതിന്റെ തെളിവുകള്‍ നിരവധി പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ട്. അനുവദനീയമാണെന്നതാണ് രണ്ടാമത്തെ അഭിപ്രായം. ഇബ്നു തൈമിയ്യയും ഇബ്നു ഖയ്യിമും ഈ പക്ഷക്കാരാണ്. ശരീഅത്തില്‍ വ്യക്തമായ തെളിവുകള്‍ ഇല്ലാത്തതിന്റെ എല്ലാം അടിസ്ഥാനം അനുവദനീയമാണ് എന്നതാണ് അവരുടെ ന്യായം. നബി(സ്വ)യുടെ ഒരു ഹദീസ് അവരതിന് തെളിവായി ഉദ്ധരിക്കുന്നു: ‘ഒട്ടക, കുതിര പന്തയവും അമ്പെയ്ത്തുമല്ലാതെ മത്സരങ്ങളില്ല’.(7) പ്രവാചകന്‍ ഇതെല്ലാം പറഞ്ഞത് നിരുപാധികമാണ്. വല്ല നിബന്ധനയുമുണ്ടായിരുന്നുവെങ്കില്‍ നബി(സ്വ) അത് പറയുമായിരുന്നു. മേല്‍പറഞ്ഞ മത്സര രൂപം ചൂതാട്ടത്തിന്റെ ഗണത്തിലല്ല. കാരണം, ദുര്‍മാര്‍ഗത്തിലൂടെ ജനങ്ങളുടെ സമ്പാദ്യം ഭക്ഷിക്കലാണ് ചൂതാട്ടം. ഇവിടെ ആ പ്രശ്‌നം വരുന്നില്ല. കാരണം, രണ്ടുപേരും അവരവരുടെ അധ്വാനം ഇതില്‍ പ്രകടമാക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. സമ്മാനം നേടുന്നവന്‍ അവന്റെ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനത്തിന്റെയും അധ്വാനത്തിന്റെയും പകരമായാണ് അത് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നത്. ശമ്പളത്തോടാണ് അതിന് കൂടുതല്‍ സാമ്യതയുള്ളത്.
ഒരു സ്ഥാപന രീതിയിലേക്ക് ഇതിനെ മാറ്റിയെടുക്കലാണ് ഏറ്റവും അഭികാമ്യമായി എനിക്ക് തോന്നുന്നത്. എല്ലാ അത്‌ലറ്റുകളും മത്സരാര്‍ത്ഥികളും ഒത്തൊരുമിച്ച് കായിക ആവശ്യങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് മാത്രമായി ഒരു ഫണ്ട് തയ്യാറാക്കുകയും അതില്‍ എല്ലാവരും തങ്ങളുടെ സംഭാവനകള്‍ നിക്ഷേപിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക. മത്സരങ്ങള്‍ക്കുള്ള സമ്മാന തുക അതില്‍ നിന്നും എടുക്കുക. എന്റെ അഭിപ്രയാത്തില്‍ ഇത് അനുവദനീയമാണ്. കാരണം, പൊതുവായ ഉദ്ദേശ്യമാണ് അതിനുള്ളത്. ഇബ്നു തൈമിയ്യയുടെയും ഇബ്നു ഖയ്യിമിന്റെയും അഭിപ്രായത്തോട് ചേര്‍ത്ത് വെച്ചാല്‍ ഫണ്ട് രൂപീകരണം ഒരു സഹായ ധനമാണെന്ന് കരുതാം. സ്വാഹാബികള്‍ തനാഹുദ് എന്ന രീതി സ്വകരിക്കാറുണ്ടായിരുന്നു.
തനാഹുദ്: യാത്രക്കാരെല്ലാം ചേര്‍ന്ന് യാത്ര ചെലവിനുള്ള തുക സ്വരൂപിക്കുക. ഓരോരുത്തരം അവരവരുടെ നശ്ചിത ഓഹരി നല്‍കുക. അതെല്ലാം ഒരാള്‍ സൂക്ഷിക്കുകയും ഭക്ഷണാവശ്യങ്ങള്‍ക്കായി അത് ഉപയോഗിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക.(8) മുമ്പ് പറഞ്ഞ ഫണ്ട് രീതിയില്‍ നിന്നും തനാഹുദ് വ്യത്യസ്തമാണെങ്കിലും ചെറിയ രീതിയില്‍ അതിനോട് ചേര്‍ത്ത് വെക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.
4- രണ്ട് പേര്‍ പണം നല്‍കി നടത്തുന്ന മത്സരത്തില്‍ അവരല്ലാതെ മൂന്നാമതൊരാള്‍ അവരുടെ സമ്മത പ്രകാരം പങ്കെടുക്കുക. ഇതില്‍ മൂന്ന് അഭിപ്രായങ്ങളുണ്ട്. ഒന്ന്, അനുവദനീയമല്ല, ഇമാം മാലികിനെ ഉദ്ധരിച്ചു വന്നതാണ് ഈ അഭിപ്രായം. ചൂതാട്ടത്തിന്റെ സ്വഭാവം ഇതില്‍ നിന്നും ഇല്ലാതാകുന്നില്ലെന്നതാണ് കാരണം. രണ്ട്, അനുവദനീയമാണ്. ഭൂരിപക്ഷം പണ്ഡിതന്മാരും ഈ അഭിപ്രയാക്കാരാണ്. ഇബ്നു ഉമറി(റ)ന്റെ ഹദീസാണ് അവര്‍ അതിന് തെളിവായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നത്; അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു: നബി(സ്വ) കുതിരകള്‍ക്കിടിയില്‍ മത്സരം നടത്തി. അതുപോലെ കുതിര പന്തയവും നടത്തി. എന്നിട്ട് നബി(സ്വ) പറഞ്ഞു: ‘ഒട്ടക, കുതിര പന്തയവും അമ്പെയ്ത്തുമല്ലാതെ മത്സരങ്ങളില്ല’. ഇബ്നു ഹിബ്ബാന്‍, ഇബ്നു മുല്‍ഖിന്‍, ഇബ്നു ദഖീഖുല്‍ അബ്ദ് എന്നിവര്‍ ഈ ഹദീസ് സ്വഹീഹാണെന്ന് വ്യക്തമാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. മൂന്നാമത്തെ അഭിപ്രായം, കുതിര പന്തയത്തില്‍ മാത്രം അനുവദനീയമാണ്. ളാഹിരിയ്യ മദ്ഹബാണ് അതിന്റെ വാക്താക്കള്‍.(9)
അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര ഇസ്‌ലാമിക് ഫിഖ്ഹ് അക്കാദമിയുടെ പ്രമേയം:
മത്സവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വിഷയത്തിലെ അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര ഇസ്‌ലാമിക് ഫിഖ്ഹ് അക്കാദമിയുടെ തീരുമാനമാണിത്(റെസലൂഷന്‍ നമ്പര്‍ 127- 1/14); 2003 ജനുവരി 11-16 കൂടിയ ദിവസങ്ങളില്‍ ഖത്തറിലെ ദോഹയില്‍ വെച്ച് ഓര്‍ഗനൈസേഷന്‍ ഓഫ് ഇസ്‌ലാമിക് കോണ്‍ഫറന്‍സ് സംഘടിപ്പിച്ച ഇന്റര്‍നാഷണല്‍ ഫിഖ്ഹ് അക്കാദമിയുടെ പതിനാലാം സെഷനില്‍ അക്കാദമിക്ക് ലഭിച്ച ഗവേഷണങ്ങളുടെ അവലോകനത്തിനും ചര്‍ച്ചകള്‍ക്കും ശേഷം ഇനി പറയുന്നവ തീരുമാനിച്ചു:
1 മത്സരത്തിന്റെ നിര്‍വചനം: എന്തെങ്കിലും സമ്മാനം അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയോ അല്ലാതെയോ രണ്ടോ അതിലധികമോ ആളുകള്‍ തമ്മിലുള്ള മത്സരം അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയുള്ള ഇടപാടിനെയാണ് മത്സരം എന്നു പറയുന്നത്.
2- മത്സരത്തിന്റെ നിയമസാധുത: ശറഇല്‍ നിഷിദ്ധമായ കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ ചെയ്യാനോ നിര്‍ബന്ധമായ കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കാനോ പ്രേരിപ്പിക്കാത്ത കാലത്തോളം പ്രതിഫലമില്ലാത്ത എല്ലാ മത്സരങ്ങളും നിയമാനുസൃതമാണ്. ഇനി സമ്മാനം അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയാണ് മത്സരമെങ്കില്‍ താഴെ പറയുന്ന നിബന്ധനകള്‍ പാലിക്കല്‍ അനിവാര്യമാണ്:
മത്സരത്തിന്റെ ലക്ഷ്യവും മാര്‍ഗവും നിയമാനുസൃതമായിരിക്കണം.
– ശറഅ് അനുവദിച്ച വല്ല ലക്ഷ്യങ്ങള്‍ക്കും വേണ്ടിയായിരിക്കണം മത്സരങ്ങള്‍ നടത്തേണ്ടത്.
– നിഷിദ്ധമായ കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ ചെയ്യാനോ നിര്‍ബന്ധമായ കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കാനോ പ്രേരിപ്പിക്കുന്നതാകരുത്.
– സമ്മാനം ഒരുക്കുന്നത് മത്സരാര്‍ത്ഥികളാകരുത്
3- സമ്മാനത്തിനായി തയ്യാറാക്കുന്ന മത്സര കൂപ്പണുകള്‍ ശറഇല്‍ അനുവദനീയമല്ല. അത് ചൂതാട്ടത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമാണ്.
4- ഭൗതികമായ കാര്യങ്ങളില്‍ മറ്റുള്ളവര്‍ക്കിടയില്‍ നടക്കുന്ന മത്സരങ്ങളുടെ ഫലത്തില്‍ വാതുവയ്പ്പ് നടത്തുന്നത് നിഷിദ്ധമാണ്. ചൂതാട്ടം നിഷിദ്ധമാണെന്ന് പറയുന്ന സൂക്തവും ഹദീസുമെല്ലാം പൊതുവായ രീതിയിലാണ് പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുള്ളത്.
5- സമ്മാനങ്ങളുടെ തുകയോ മൂല്യമോ മത്സരാര്‍ത്ഥികളില്‍ നിന്നുള്ളതല്ലെങ്കില്‍, നിയമാനുസൃത മത്സരങ്ങളില്‍ സമ്മാന ദാതാക്കള്‍ക്ക് അവരുടെ പ്രോഡക്റ്റുള്‍ക്ക് പ്രമോഷന്‍ നല്‍കുന്നതിന് തടസ്സമില്ല. ഉപഭോക്താക്കളെ വഞ്ചിക്കുന്ന രീതിയിലാണ് പ്രമോഷനെങ്കില്‍ അത് തീര്‍ത്തും നിഷിദ്ധമാണ്.
6- വിജയത്തിന്റെ ലാഭ നഷ്ടങ്ങള്‍ക്കനുസരിച്ച് സമ്മാനത്തിന്റെ അളവിലും കൂട്ടലും കുറക്കലും നടത്തുന്നത് അനുവദനീയമല്ല.
7- ഹലാലായ നേട്ടങ്ങള്‍ ഉണ്ടാക്കിത്തരുന്ന ഹോട്ടലുകളുടെയും വ്യോമയാന കമ്പനികളുടെയും സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുടെയും ടിക്കറ്റുകള്‍ സൗജ്യനമായാണ് നല്‍കുന്നതെങ്കില്‍ അനുവദനീയമാണ്. പകരമായി അവര്‍ വല്ലതും ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നുവെങ്കില്‍ നിഷിദ്ധവുമാണ്. കാരണം, അതില്‍ വഞ്ചന വരാന്‍ സാധ്യതയുണ്ട്.
ശുപാര്‍ശ: എല്ലാ മുസ്‌ലിംകളും അവരുടെ ബൗദ്ധികവും വനോദപരവുമായ ഇടപാടുകളിലും പ്രവര്‍ത്തികളിലും അനവുദനീയമായ മാര്‍ഗങ്ങള്‍ അന്വേഷിക്കണമെന്നും നിഷിദ്ധമായ മാര്‍ഗങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്ന് വിട്ടു നില്‍ക്കണമെന്നും ശുപാര്‍ശ ചെയ്യുന്നു. കാര്യങ്ങളെല്ലാം ശരിയായ രീതിയില്‍ അറിയുന്നവന്‍ അല്ലാഹുവാണ്.
