ഞാനൊരു പെയിൻറു കടയിൽ സെയിൽസ്മേനാണ്. കടയിൽ നിന്ന് സാധനങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങിക്കുന്നത് പലപ്പോഴും ഉപഭോക്താവിന്റെ തൊഴിലാളികളായിരിക്കും. അവർ കമീഷൻ ആവശ്യപ്പെടാറുണ്ട്. 150 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള ഒരു ടിന്നിന് ഞങ്ങൾ 180 രൂപ തന്നെ വിലയിടുകയും അവരിൽ നിന്ന് 145 ക. സ്വീകരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു. ഈ കച്ചവടം നിഷിദ്ധമാണോ.

എന്നാൽ വ്യക്തികളോ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളോ പർച്ചേസ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരായി നിയമിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളവർ വ്യാപാരികളിൽ നിന്ന് കമ്മീഷൻ വാങ്ങുന്നതിന് ശറഇയായ ന്യായീകരണമില്ല. കാരണം, ഉപഭോക്താവിന്റെ ആവശ്യത്തിന് ഏറ്റവും അനുയോജ്യമായ വസ്തുക്കൾ ആദായകരമായ വിലയ്ക്ക് വാങ്ങുക എന്നതാണ് അവരുടെ തൊഴിൽ. ആ തൊഴിലിനാണ് അവർ വേതനം പറ്റുന്നത്. അതു കൊണ്ട് അവർക്ക് വ്യാപാരികളിൽ നിന്ന് ലഭിക്കുന്ന ഏതാനുകൂല്യവും തൊഴിലുടമക്ക് അവകാശപ്പെട്ടതാണ്. അതുപോലെ വ്യാപാരിയിൽ നിന്നുള്ള ഇളവ് തനിക്ക് ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് വേണ്ടി ഉപഭോക്താവ് ഏർപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഇടനിലക്കാരൻ അത് സ്വന്തമായി എടുക്കുന്നത് ശരിയല്ല.
